Quotation Request Process and Cooperation with EliteFluor

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) process at Elite Fluor is designed to simplify communication between buyers and our commercial team. From the moment the form is submitted until the issuance of the official quotation, all steps are carried out with precision, transparency, and technical coordination.

Our goal is to ensure that you can quickly obtain information about stock availability, production capacity, delivery terms, and available analyses. By completing the form on the right, your request is directly registered in our commercial system, and our international sales experts will respond as soon as possible.

Quotation Request Steps
  • 1. Complete the RFQ Form: Enter the technical and commercial details including grade (CaF₂), particle size, quantity, destination, and delivery type (Incoterm). You may also attach LOI, desired analysis, or packaging specifications.
  • 2. Technical and Commercial Review: The sales team reviews your request together with the technical and quality control departments to determine the best supply option.
  • 3. Capacity and Loading Schedule Confirmation: If needed, the production unit updates the preparation time and loading schedule.
  • 4. Official Quotation Issuance: Within 24 to 48 business hours, a quotation or proforma invoice including price, packaging, shipping, and payment terms will be sent to you.
  • 5. Final Confirmation and Contract: After mutual agreement, a sales contract or MOU is prepared, and the supply process begins.

Logistics and Shipping Process

The Elite Fluor logistics team coordinates transportation from the mine to the port or final destination. Depending on the contract type, loading can be done in bulk or packed in 1 and 1.5-ton jumbo bags.

Shipments are carried out under customs, insurance, and official transport supervision, and truck numbers and waybills are shared with the buyer before departure.
